new ahpra portal is an overengineered garbage made from an organisation that makes over $200 million a year

• why change in the first place
• changed in a totally disruptive way
• need google authenticator app
• need desktop and mobile phone and third party app to signup/login
• password reset flow is completely flawed and can't really reset
• login doesn't work if password reset if requested
• not available on mobile at all
• having to teach people how to signup/login a website in 2025 is ridiculous, and still people can't do it
• poor ui/ux
