issue

my old wacom intuos pen tablet (CTL-480) no longer worked since i upgraded my macbook pro. installing different versions of wacom driver didn't solve the issue.

solution

just found out: OpenTabletDriver.

error message trying to open the app:

Apple could not verify “OpenTabletDriver” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy.

fix

xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/OpenTabletDriver.app
