paper chart

i remember using paper charts when i first started nursing back in 2012.

it shocked me to find out many facilities across decent-sized hospitals in sydney are still using pen and papers.

as much as i enjoy writing with pens, using paper charts in a hospital in 2025 is not acceptable.

there are just so many things that can go wrong with paper charts.
